Terms and conditions:
-The voucher can be used in THANN Sanctuary Festival Walk shop only.
-Gift voucher is only valid for designated 2 clients (If it is a gift for someone, you must fill in (the client’s name and contact number of redeem the treatment), otherwise you cannot use this discount. Also, the customer who purchased the package will be deemed as you redeem the treatment.)
-Gift voucher cannot be redeemed for any cash or product.
-Gift Voucher is non-exchangeable and non-refundable, cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotional offers.
-Gift voucher is not replaceable if there is any lost or damaged
-Please call or text for reservation
-Any sessions cancelled or rescheduled (including absence) within 48 hours prior to the scheduled time or customer no show on treatment day will be counted as used sessions, and will be deducted from the purchased package.
-The treatments of package are all calculated based on the regular price.
-Clients must redeem the voucher within 3 months after the shop of Festival Walk opening otherwise the treatment will be activated on 4 th months after opening, treatments are valid for 12 months from the date of redemption /activation.
